　　一、培养英语学习兴趣

　　英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学；开展形式多样、生动活泼的教室语言实践活动；介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事；帮忙班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。目前，我们班学生对英语学习的兴趣始终稳定在较高水平。

　　二、认真备课、上课，改善教学方式、注重辅导学法

　　在团体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

　　教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，教室就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每一天都有主动的精神状态，让学生感受到一种主动的学习气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大教室训练量，加快教室节奏，切实提高教室教学效率。除保证教室效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方法，以打好他们的初中基础。

　　三、做好“培优转差”

　　按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入必须阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7a教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有必须基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取团体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平；第二组是肯学、但学习本事不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩；第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

　　一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

　　1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度。

　　根据教材中的情境，真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境，如教“What’syourname Howoldareyou ”时，情境有“小歌手大赛报到处”、“迷路的小孩子与警察”、“结识新朋友”、“医生与生病的孩子”、“自我介绍”等等一些语境，使学生用心参与，到讲台上锻炼英语表达潜力和胆量。如师生早晚问好、道谢、道别等，学生已经习惯用Hello、Goodmorning、thankyou、Youarewele、Seeyou、Goodbye……与我交流。这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际潜力，培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。

　　While I was schooling in Australia， my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day， "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time， the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy， so that became our obvious choice.

　　Because our schedule was very tight， and it was a first time experience， we found it all very hard work， but when we released our production at school， it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie， we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We， especially I， were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.

　　From then on， I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times， just to find out how one camera angle， or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.

　　九年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，而我又是这个学期才接手这两个班，对学生的实际情况不是很了解等，为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，在中考中取得优异的成绩，作为英语组长，我组织我们的老师群策群力，发挥集体的智慧。现在我把我们的做法总结如下：

　　一、让学生爱上英语课，自觉学英语

　　我们的学生来自于农村，很多学生接触英语慢，而且基础又不是很好，进入初三的英语学习中，不仅内容多且复杂，而且要背的单词、词组、语法知识更多，有的单元新单词就达到70个之多。我们（6）班的13位男生和5位女生的英语基础很差，平时又懒得记单词等，甚至有几位男生都放弃英语了，而（1）班的学生成绩普遍差点，真正想学英语的就是那么10来个人，班里学习英语的气氛不是很浓，学习自觉性较差。

　　针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我们觉得培养学生的兴趣和学习习惯很重要，要让我们的学生爱上英语课，爱记单词等。因而在教学中我在这些方面做了不少努力。培养学生课前多预习，课堂上集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教等。晨读时间由老师或英语课代表带领学生大声朗读、老师抽查背诵，班会时间让学生根据给出的英文题目进行口头作文，课后或晚修时间定量完成英语练习等。同时教给学生一些学习技巧，灵活掌握学过的知识点，举一反三，融会贯通等。而且我们还在班级中举行词汇竞赛，听力竞赛和英语作文竞赛等，只要学生有进步就有一定的奖励等等。只有这样，才能培养学生学习英语的激情和习惯。

　　二、借助多媒体等设备，提高教学质量

　　因为课堂是我们教学的主阵地，课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果。所以我们在课前各个老师都要准备好课件等，课堂上设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。在课堂上采用多种教学方式，如情景教学法，任务型教学法等，本人根据教学内容使用不同的方法，充分调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。加强听说、阅读、写作训练，以促进学生的综合运用能力。为了让学生真正参加到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，我决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。

　　三、注重备课和反思，做好教学的准备和总结工作

　　教学中，备课和反思是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备课中，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要至关重要。这两个班经过我这个学期的精心的英语教学后，在英语学习方面虽有起色，但那是远远不足的，而且中等生占多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，时间长了，学生的学习积极性就会欠佳。但是，我备课时注意到这点，因此教学时针对不同情况，在授课时采取了不同的方法。效果就比较理想等。同时，课后及时写反思，反思学生在各节课上的表现和教学效果等，及时纠正教学方法等，为下一节课做好准备。

　　四、根据不同的学生基础，落实培优辅差计划

　　英语学习是语言的学习。困此，除了课堂教学之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持抽查学生的早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。

　　总之，通过这一学期的努力，本人所教班级英语成绩都有所提高，学生学习英语的激情也不断提高，把他们从“要我学英语”过度到“我要学英语”。相信只要我和学生们一起努力，中考一定能考出让学校领导、学生家长满意的成绩。所以，无论多苦，我都会带领我的学生们继续努力，多问，多想，多学习，争取进步。

　　在本学期的英语教学中，坚持《英语课程标准》中以下教学理念，面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，培养创新精神；整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础；突出学生主体，尊重个体差异；采用活动途径，倡导体验参与，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功；注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。总之，让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Good User而不仅仅是Learner。让英语成为学生学习生活中最实用的工具而非累赘，让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐，而不是无尽的担忧和恐惧。

　　二、教材分析

　　这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。与原教材相比还增加了文化背景和学习策略等部分，并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇的输入。本书每个模块都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为三个单元。Unit1部分是基本对话内容，Unit2部分是短文，主要是阅读训练。Unit3是扩展和综合的语言运用。

　　三、学生基本情况分析

　　我所任教的是七年级1、2班英语，只有少部分学生的英语基础较好，取得了一定的成绩，大多数学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

　　四、具体措施

　　1、每天背诵课文中的重点对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写英语句子，培养学生良好的英语语感。

　　2、每天听写本节课中需要用到的重点生词，常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

　　3、认真贯彻早晚读制度，充分发挥早晚读的黄金时间加强监督，保证读的效果。

　　4、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步，小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

　　5、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

　　6、培养学生综合语言运用能力。

　　7、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

　　本学期，在学校领导的直接关心下，在教研中心领导的支持下，我们英语教研组这个团结、和谐的小群众，认真贯彻英语学科教学计划，不断学习新课程标准，深化小学英语素质教育的研究，开展了一系列英语教研活动。除了坚持每周一的常规教研外，我们经常进行电话教研，网络教研，遇到问题，及时解决。在教学、教研方面，我们做了以下工作：

　　一、组织英语教师认真学习新课标

　　学习相关的教育文件、教学理论，明确了课程改革的主要目标，增强课程改革的职责感和紧迫感，将课程从学生的学习兴趣，生活经验和认知水平出发落到实处，并倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径。

　　开学初，教研组组织英语教师学习《xx》，并在此基础上，根据新课程标准的思想来进行群众备课，安排组内教师进行上课活动，全体教师进行评课活动。

　　二、以课题为中心进行英语课堂教学改革研究

　　根据学校实际，确定课题并进行研究，并重视调准修改和教学随笔的撰写，把节约出来的低效劳动时光转移到有效、高效的思考、切磋、改善教学设计上来，开展备课、说课、上课、评课为主的活动。

　　三、开展了一系列英语教研活动

　　1、开展了一系列的群众备课、上课、评课等活动，其中包括：率先执教、有效课堂大比武、教案评比、作业设计等等。在这些活动中，我们不断探索教材，不断提高教学效率。同时每次上完课后还进行反思，总结，不断提高自我的教学水平。在英语教学上缺乏时效性，对学生的关注还有欠缺，是目前我校英语教学存在的两个重要问题。下学期就应在这两个方面予以重视。

　　2、经常在班内举行英语对话表演，排练了英语小短剧，并借着这个机会，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，发展自主学习的潜力和合作精神。

　　四、继续加强教学工作

　　按照课程计划上的课时，把提高质量的重点放在日常教学过程的优化上。教研组和学校定期进行认真工作检查，同时对于在检查中发现的任何问题及时研究，及时解决。同时在第xx周分别对xx年级进行期中测试。在期末考试前，教研组安排教师对xx年级的学生进行朗读、背诵与口语考试，保证了对教学质量的评定，期末考试结束后，要求每一位教师做出质量分析。

　　一、教学目标

　　透过训练学生的听、说、读、写，使学生掌握最基本的语言知识和语言技能，从而培养学生初步运用英语进行交际的潜力；寓教于乐，使学生养成良好的外语学习习惯，为将来的学习打下坚实的基础。

　　以教材为载体，密切结合教材，在课堂上努力创设各种情景夯实语言知识及语言技能，从而激发学生主动学习英语的兴趣，提高学生的记忆、观察、思维及想象潜力，为学生的终身学习奠定基础。

　　二、学情分析

　　我任教九年级三，四班英语。从整体状况来看，普遍学生英语基础较差，兴趣不高，甚至有部分学生的听说读写潜力还不够小学三年级水平，所以在课堂教学时，出现有学生不守课堂规则，不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象，难以构成英语学习氛围。有少部分学生基础较好，自制潜力较强，能认真听课，按老师要求完成各项任务。总的来说，这两个班的英语教学具有挑战性，需要耗费不少时光和精力。

　　三、教材分析

　　九年级英语是xx教育出版社出版的仁爱版英语，教材编排有以下目的：

　　1、要使学生受到听、说、读、写、英语的训练，掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的潜力；养成良好的外语学习习惯，掌握学习外语的基本方法；为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

　　2、使学生明确学习英语的目的性，

　　3、培养初步运用英语交际的潜力和自学潜力。

　　四、课时安排

　　本书共四个单元，每单元都有三个话题，每个话题又分A，B，C，D，四课。依据本学期的教学进度，本学期具体安排如下：

　　每周上一个话题，中期考试前上两个单元，其余的两个单元中期后上。

　　五、教学措施

　　1、依据学生基本状况，逐步激励学生对英语产生学习兴趣。

　　2、重视课堂教学质量，逐步提高学生英语交际潜力。

　　3、有意识培养学生听力、表述、朗读、书写和作业的基本潜力。

　　4、重视思维过程系统编排，由浅入深，由易到难，由已知到未知，循序渐进，点面结合，逐步扩展，循环往现，以加深影响。
